Leave it flat or connect the corner snaps to create raised sides before adding food.
Move the mat with its baking tray. Use oven mitts for hot trays and fasteners, and follow the care instructions supplied with your mat.
Built around the corners
A silicone mat and corner fasteners create the convertible design. Snap the corners together when raised sides suit your recipe, then open them again for a flat surface.
Both available sizes have a thickness of 0.7 mm. Choose the size and color separately to match your preference.

After the baking is done
Allow the mat and fasteners to cool before cleaning. Use a soft sponge and mild dish soap, rinse, and let the mat dry before storing.
Keep sharp utensils and abrasive scrubbers away from the surface. Follow the care and temperature guidance supplied with your mat.

Choose 30 × 40 cm or 40 × 50 cm. Check your baking tray before selecting a size.
Both size options are 0.7 mm thick.
